We consider the protection of the Aegean’s natural and cultural heritage a responsibility shared with our guests, employees and business partners.
We aim to assess the environmental impact of our operations, develop practices that reduce this impact and continually improve our environmental performance.
We value waste reduction, waste separation at source and opportunities for recycling. We support efforts to reduce the consumption of single-use products and favour reusable alternatives.
We aim to use water and energy efficiently, placing importance on monitoring consumption and developing practices that conserve resources. We consider resource efficiency in our purchasing decisions and daily operations.
Our approach is to use cleaning and maintenance products in the quantities needed and in accordance with their instructions, store them safely and raise employee awareness of these practices.
We support training and information initiatives that strengthen our employees’ environmental awareness. We encourage our suppliers and business partners to collaborate with us on environmentally responsible practices.
We invite our guests to support our efforts through environmentally conscious choices and consider their feedback and suggestions part of our improvement process. We support awareness of the importance of protecting local wildlife, natural habitats and cultural heritage.
